About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Kogito Online (“Kogito”, “we”) about using Kogito at kogito.online. By creating an account, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and a parent or guardian to create an account.
• Give accurate details, and keep your password and parent PIN private.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account, including your learners’ use of Kogito.

Learners

You can have up to 3 active learners. Learners use Kogito under your supervision. Learner mode and your parent PIN help keep each learner within their own learning, but they don’t replace a parent’s supervision.

Using Kogito

Kogito is for your family’s personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t:

• share your account outside your family;
• copy, resell or republish Kogito’s lessons, worksheets or answers;
• try to get around Kogito’s security, or access other families’ information;
• use automated tools to collect content from Kogito.

You may download and print worksheets and answers for your own learners.

Learning content

Kogito’s lessons and practice are designed to support learning for each learner’s board and grade, and to build foundations for exams such as IIT JEE, the SOF Olympiads and the SAT. They support, and don’t replace, a learner’s school. We don’t guarantee any exam result.

Credits

Kogito uses weekly credits to unlock daily lessons. Credits are shared by your learners, reset each week, don’t carry over, have no cash value and can’t be transferred. Opening a lesson you’ve already unlocked is free. If we introduce paid features, we’ll show the price before you pay and update these terms first.

Changes and availability

We’re always improving Kogito, so features may change. We aim to keep Kogito available, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we’ll tell you before the change takes effect.

Ending your account

You can stop using Kogito and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing only2kogito@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other families at risk.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Kogito is provided “as is”, and we aren’t responsible for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
